One Big, Comfy Chair

This chair is one of my favorite pieces of furniture in the house!  Thank you, Jen, for passing it along to me when you moved!  It is very well loved here!  It has become my "reading chair".  I can sit in it with a blanket over my legs, sitting straight or - when I feel particularly snuggly - with my legs up and over one of the puffy armrests, my back leaning against the other armrest.  My little dog loves it too.  He can jump up onto the armrest and up onto the back of the chair and flop there when I sit there to read.
        Just last week, one of the girls I nanny wasn't feeling well at school, so I was called to come and pick her up early.  I brought her back to my house to "hang out" for about an hour before her mom could get her and her sister (still at school) and take them home.  So I pulled out a fuzzy blanket and we snuggled together in that big comfy chair!  Fortunately, I also have some kids' books on hand (for my niece, who never reads them) so the kiddo and I could read some stories.
     What better when you're not feeling well than a big comfy chair, a blanket, someone to snuggle with, a little dog resting nearby, and some Dr. Seuss?  :)
